IT IS NOW TIME TO GREEN ALL ICE EMISSIONS VEHICLES (to reduce carbon emissions): The Government should mandate the addition of Mobile Carbon Capture (the successor of the Catalytic Converter) to all emissions vehicles, including Federal and State bus fleets, pronto. That'll drop emissions by over 50% throughout the Earth, over the next few years, and cause temperatures to drop.
