To get Noise surge easily now, you can get it from Executioner now, or by combining 4 of Red/ Transcendant Mods with the symbol "M" on them. Noise surge and a good reactor is where most of her damage will come from if you want to be a DPS Luna.

Decent build, but im fairly certain that Maximize skill & Maximize Power deals more damage then singular & Non attribute specialist modules. Worth a test i'd say from a small test its like a 75k difference in damage output. on the DPS build

edit: Yes the big difference is you gonna have a 100% cooldown while waiting for 30 seconds for a skill to reset incase u fail a note but obviously if you dont fail a note u never run into that problem

For those who's comparing Luna with Bunny:

Can Bunny help to recover her allies MP, or increase skill power or even reduce their skills's cooldown? Luna was created primarily to support allies, and it does so excellently. And on top of that, you can vary the gameplay by making it offensive and being able to clear groups of mobs calmly even if that is not the character's focus.

Hi, nice build, just one suggestion : instead of Singular Specialist, how about Maximize Power ? Normally this mod sucks because of the +50% cooldown but since we don't care about that with Luna, it might be better in slot, don't you think ? Also if survival mods are needed, one that seems very good is Arche Concretion for Luna.

I never combine any mods since the game release and the first time doing it I did 2 reds and 2 yellow and got the noise surge for her

I am so gonna do this build. Luna is cooking right now. But I have 2 Nimble Footsteps mods in my inventory, I don't know when and how I got it. I have never combined red modes before. I think it drops from Dead Bride. I down Molten Fortress but I didn't get anything good from this boss.

I've built Luna with the same mods and only doing 170k on a crit - The only thing that is different is that I don't have the slayer set.
Did Luna Noise Surge get nerfed? or will Slayer give me an extra 360k damage? xD

Why is nobody talking about how annoying it is that you have to activate the skill again and again and again on every note to get the damage on noise surge? For controller thats impossible unless youre a pro claw player. Why didnt they just put it as the trigger?

What’s your slayer components like? Like do you have 2 hp 2 def components or all hp components? What’s your rotation on them
