Soldering directly to a speaker could damage the voice coil .. I don't recommend. Use the connectors as the manufacturer suggests 😎🥸

This is not ok, if you need to replace the wires it will be harder to take it out with the twisted end. Just melt some solder wire on each tip and solder them to the speaker.
