Here are a couple of things I do which have helped me achieve skin without acne and radiant all day.
- Use a mild face wash that removes extra oil and cleanses your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face cleanser only as it balances the skin pH too.
- Eat a healthy diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals.
- Exercise helps clean impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body.
- Stay away from touching your face often because our hands are often full of germs that can lead to acne when they touch the face.
- Weekly, use an oil or serum for a face massage to improve circulation.
- Once or twice a week, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steam, scrub, apply a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes.
- Clean your brushes and other items you use coz they can harbor germs that can cause acne when they come into contact with your skin.

I’m a black man and I’m 23 years old… and to be honest I’m finally trying to take care of my skin. It’s extremely oily and my pours are really big. I wash my face but it’s not enough to keep it from being super oily or super dry I’ve been through a bunch of products and at this point I’m not sure what can even work for me. I want skin like yours! When I take pictures I don’t want to use a filter to hide my skin issues. Will these products help me in my case and can I get them all from the same place? Do I have to order online?

I notice u use a wash cloth to remove product from your face. How long should the same wash cloth be used on the face before being placed in the wash?

Can you tell me why you use a cleanser for dry skin when you have oily skin? Wouldn't that not work for your skin if you're using a product specifically for dry skin?? I wanted to get this but its not for oily skin.

Hi, Can you explain the science behind why although the skin is oily it looks better when you use a hydrating cleanser? I’ve been using Cerave SA cleanser and i feel like it’s super harsh and still leaves my face oily after my entire routine.

Hi, Sorry to bother you, but I wanted to ask if you could recommend any new skincare for me. Since I have oily skin, I use Cerave Foaming cleanser For normal to oily skin, I apply to my face, then rinse it off, then apply blackheads clearing cleanser, wait five minutes, then apply ascorbic acid 8% + alpha arbutin 2 %, wait 15 minutes, then apply moisture aloe Vera gel, wait twenty minutes, then apply sunscreen bondi Sands. I’ve been using @AP03: It for few months and have noticed my skin been more brighten and slightly improvement in my hyperpigmentation/dark spots, so I wanted to ask @AP03: What products would advise to buy and which ones to not use anymore. Thanks for your time and help.
