Heavy Ocean Rainstorm and NON Stop Thunder Sounds for Sleeping | Black Screen Rain to Wind Down

It's been a while since I released my last black screen video, this time as a heavy ocean rainstorm and non stop thunder sounds for sleeping composition hoping that you enjoy my latest recording here on the cannel. I had a lovely session on the island of Sylt in the northern sea earlier this month and it's really been a joy mixing and listening to the different sound layers. Black Screen rain and thunder is the most popular genre here on the channel, because it visually doesn't distract the listeners at all.

Really hope I can get rid of my insomnia. Just now going to sleep at 6:15am. It’s been like this for months. I’d either stay up till 6 or 10am
Or staying up the whole day sleep for two hours and be up again till almost the afternoon.
I was like this in 2020 to 2021
Only got back on a healthy sleep schedule in may of 2021 when I ended up in a psych ward.
I feel like I’m going down that slippery slope again ( for a lot of reasons with my mental illnesses). I just hope it doesn’t end up like 2021. I really need sleep. I hope this helps
