My old dog, terrier, ate everything. had to get 2 700 eur surgeries in his life for life threatening blockages. This surgery can only be done twice, thrice and the intestinal tract would be cut so much (they need to remove necrotic tissue) that it is incompatible with life. If you dog eats something that will block, you got about 20 minutes you force a tablespoon of salt back in the throat of the dog. This causes vomiting and saved his life a few times as he had his 2 surgeries. The salt is not great for the kidneys, but it must be done.

The biggest concern for the dog, aside from the possibility of blockage, is the dehydration. The water to make them grow has to come from somewhere and in this case it would be from the dog. Those are not "stripes" on the side of the dog, those are his ribs.

There does not appear to be any sticky biological material on them from passing through the body, like stool or mucus which would surely clump some together. It looks more to me like someone put those up inside the dog and then filmed them coming out.

This is tragic. Poor dog looks so hungry and the most distressing part is that there is no fecal matter on these beads which means that the dog ate these because he was so hungry as he had had nothing else to eat. Shame on the owner 😢

I had a dog that got into some Orbeez once the vet said it should pass, but I also got some dog stool softener, which helped.

My main concern would be if the dog is dehydrated because of those things soaking up all of his fluids before passing. Cats and Dogs do NOT do well if they get that way.
