Looking at your mission statement I would have to say you are accomplishing what you stated. I would be one of those sending email for more on ASP and C# but am being patient. I learn daily from your tutorials. I do hope your Asp series will not only cover the login but also eventually address how to secure the website and how to save comments a user might want to leave. Sort of like this comments  or discussion section(hahaha). I am sending another cup of coffee your way. (oh no what if he does not drink coffee?)

I have created an HTML/CSS website in VS 2017 using a master page. It works perfectly within Visual Studio. However, when I try to load default.aspx into a browser from the Windows File Explorer, I get an error on the first line of the master file, and that's as far as it gets. Can you tell me what's going on with this?

It's a great course, but I can't go further because it's yelling at me that "Anetwork-related or instance-specific error occured while establishing to SQL Server. The server was not found or was not accesible. Verify that the instance name is correct and that SQL Server is configured to allow remote connections. (provider: SQL Network Interfaces, error 26 - Error Locating Server/Instance Specified).

I've tried everything. The UDP and TCP port 1433 and 1434, The IP all in the TCP/IP protocol for port 1433, restarted the SQL services. Tried make the database manually with SQL Server Management-Studio and drag it i the App_Data Nothing works. It keeps coming up with this error. How, do I get rid of this? I also restarted the sever and closed Visual Studio and opened it again... Still no success.

What's going wrong here? Please someone.... Am I the only one that did't got the Database up and running?
