This is part 4 of your Bikini Blaster series! This is an awesome arm workout that will get your shoulders, triceps, and biceps super toned up for tank top season. You'll just need a pair of dumbbells.

It's so crazy to look back to these videos now.I would have never thought going into the gym, confident and not being intimated by the guys there.But here I am, hitting the gym 4 days a week, working on different muscle groups.Seeing this makes me so proud, never giving up and gaining my strength.I even got to be friends with one of the trainers in the gym!Sometimes I got to train with him too, which is awesome since people pay for it and I don't!! Part of me wouldn't be who I am today, Cassey<3 You're awesomeeee

This is my favorite workout by Cassey. I like how she used the hip lean to create an inclined tricep extension. That increases the resistance curve. She's clearly a real trainer

Omg! I finally did this entire video, even the advanced pushups at the end without stopping! Before Blogilates I could barely do a pushups and now I can do this! Thank you Cassey for making me, and everyone else stronger! :)

The leaning trice extensions didn't kill me as much as they did, about half a year ago. They started to really burn near the end of it. Can't believe how much stronger I have gotten, even with taking breaks from Blogilates!! Still not strong enough to do normal pushups though. Takes a lot of core strength!

Cassey, I love this video, I do, it targets the arms very well, but I've been doing it since it came out and I know it by heart now! Can you please do more arm videos that totally targets the entire arm, preferably with weights, like this one really, just some other moves and you saying new things, for variation!

I absolutely love this video, this is the first time I've done it and I've found it enjoyable and tough. I usually hate arm exercises but this was great, and even managed all 15 push-ups slow and on my feet not my knees!
