bro, in f3y, you didn't multiply by cos 40°, so f3y= -199 lb in 6:54

Thank you sir for your time. Would you please help me understand when to use cos and when it is appropriate to use sine… example for the component of Z, I thought we used sin 40 because it’s in the opposite direction. Why did we add the inverse as well?? I’m just lost and a hand will be appreciated. Thanks!

You're also supposed to use 250 lb in the denominator at the end instead of 300 lb
