It's a good application, but think twice before committing to it. I've made over two hundred films on it, spending hundreds of dollars. Yes, it's expensive. I built my content on it and now I somewhat regret it. The company changed its terms and operational methods a week ago. Not long ago, I could generate a film in a few minutes. Now, the generation still takes a few minutes, but the company reserves the right to censorship. You might wait an hour, two, or even six for your film. This disrupts your work because you don't know if you'll be able to give your audience the next show or not. The help center consists of unresponsive people or bots. They typically refer you back to the terms of service. Sometimes someone speeds up the release of your film, but you have to write, ask, remind them that the US Constitution guarantees freedom of speech, etc. Yes, it's a good application, but now it's only suitable for fun, not for creators who need a reliable partner and stability.

I canceled my subscription inside the platform last month and they charged me again anyway, but it doesn't stop there.

Into my account history I have paid for 4 months for a 15 minute credit.

Actually, 3 monthly payments paid, with the exception of this one (march 2024) now that I'm asking for cancellation and refund.

By my calculations (and by the calculation of anyone who knows how to add), this is the equivalent of 45 minutes of credits for video generation.

My total video generation history was exactly 9 credits, equivalent to 9 minutes.

Where the hell did the other 36 minutes go?

But well, they say that your credits doesn't count from one month to the next!!

I have spent a lot of time figuring out a simple getting started example code on creating a simple speech video and I couldn't find it anywhere. Worst API documentation I have ever come across. Shameful app coming out of UCB grad.
