what is differnce between swirl flow of fluid inside a rotating pipe and fluid inside a cylinder which is rotating about its axis.

Can't change the inlet velocity higher than 0.001 m/s
After changing the velocity, flow through the pipe is not continuous. Pressure at the outlet becomes -ve.

how do i achieve a swirling plate simulation on ansys? the parameters are orbital radius of 5mm, angular velocity of 150 revolutions per minute (rpm) and height of the plate is 2mm. i am trying to achieve what was shown in the video but applied to a swirling plate instead of a pipe. thanks!
