This video is of top notch quality. The subtle hints of headlines, inflation, traffic jams, inaugarating statues while the country lies in ruins and Nazi salute is very well placed. It shows how a common man can't take anymore of this and wants to redeem his country and become its messiah. He succeeds in nullifying the threat but the credit is stolen by the very same politician who started this massacre and the common man leaves, feeling there is no hope for these people. Sad but reality of today's India.

The protagonist, the broken robo, is someone who comes across as anti-government but not an anti-national.
He doesn't acquiescence or hail to the Supreme commander like others. That way he's anti-government or anti-institution. But,
When a common enemy, the Teddyzilla, attacks the country, he readily puts his differences/conflicts aside and becomes one with Supreme commander to fight the Teddyzilla.
We can see in the end that he's still a broken Robo, that he's still as anti-government as he was earlier.

How I understood the video was that the "Broken Robo" to me was the National Defence (airforce/navy/army), and "supreme commander".. is very obviously the current government, particularly the Supremo of the current govt. and even though the Defence flights the "Teddyzilla"(the enemy nation/rogue elements/terrorists/etc.), the "Supreme Commander" takes the credit of it all.
