The dark lord returns and we see that he cause King’s son’s death, causing him to want revenge and go after him. Giving us both an awesome fight scene and a great story about how he gets to avenge his son the right way.

If the 5 sticks knew king orange and the dark lord, and the company who was hunting down the chosen one was the same company who indirectly killed king orange's son. This implies they are in the same universe and the same timeline
