The Casper and Nectar are both high-quality mattresses, but they are a better fit for different people.

The Casper mattress is a better fit for combination sleepers because of its proprietary zoned support. This design will also make it a good match for back sleepers who need more support.

Fans of a balanced foam feel will also like the Casper. It makes it very easy to move around and switch positions at night.

The #nectar, on the other hand, is a better mattress for couples as its memory foam will cut on most motion transfer. Fans of memory foam and light- and medium-weight side sleepers should also like this pressure-relieving mattress.

Buyer beware, read the fine print of the nectar return policy. Opening the $400 free gifts will affect the full refund

I’ve been looking at the Casper, Purple, and now you have me checking into many more companies. The Nectar looks pretty nice. I’m liking the hybrids and the combo sleepers. As a disabled Army Veteran, finding something that works to improve my physical needs. While not causing sleep issues with my better half. Is just a fantastic game lol

Thank you for all your information. I’m in dire need of a new mattress, and getting a good nights rest.

If I had to choose between these two it would have to be the Casper. It has a higher firm level, and has air escape foam. Cooler sleeping is very important to me at this age. And I definitely need more side sleep support, which I think that the Nectar would actually work against my comfort because of the sinking foam feel.

Being a side sleeper I would have to go with the Nectar-plus, I like the name haha

The Casper is really appealing to me because of the Zoned Support system!

Hey guys, I bought a Nectar a few months ago and I found it to be firmer than expected. I attributed that to my weight as I’m 120, and as a side sleeper I didn’t feel enough pressure relief. I bought the Viscosoft 3” memory foam topper, it’s very comfortable but I don’t think I’m getting enough support as I’m feeling some occasional back pain in the morning. Any suggestions on what to do to optimize my bed? Or should I look at another mattress? Thank you so much! I don’t know what I’d do without your reviews 😁

I'd never go with Nectar, so Casper it is. Plus I think their zone support system is pretty cool, I'm curious how it feels. And the little air vents are neat too! Oh and it's more responsive to changing positions, yeah, I like that a lot!

Between the Casper original and the NECTAR as a side sleeper I would go with the NECTAR. BUT if budget was not a issue I would probably go with the CASPER WAVE or the NEW CASPER NOVA HYBRID. BOTH are pretty great choices though. SO its kinda a toss up for me.

I'm a combination sleeper - side to side and back. I'm about 135lbs. Im leaning toward the nectar plush. Would you recommend one over the other for me?

Both nice beds but i would have to go with Nectar for having that classic memory foam feel that i love. I like the zoned support that all of Casper beds offer

I think nectar would work better for me as a side sleeper. Though I prefer a hybrid. The zone support seems appealing to me though. I'd honestly have to try these out.

As a hot side sleeper I like the Casper for its air escape foam top layer but may be a little too firm for my needs

I'd likely lean towards the Casper for the zoned support and aeration in mattress topper

Which would you recommend for a lightweight back and side sleeper?

This one is tuff, both are great mattresses. I think I would pick Casper of Nector, I like the idea of Zoned Support. This was a great match up :)

Nectar is very firm. I'm a side sleeper and it's given me a lot of shoulder pains and aches. The mattress has a funny, squishy feeling, but I will be returning it because it's too firm and causing distinct pain.

I have a question. When ever you cut the Fire Retardant sock off these mattress’s to show the layer, is there a lot of fiberglass everywhere (especially when laying on it when sock is removed)?

Both seem relatively similar--all foams with manmade foams, rather than natural latex foams. Not my cup of tea, as I prefer latex. However, would be interested to see if zoned support makes a difference.
