It would be much simpler to abolish the ATF than to continue this back and forth.

I don’t think I’ll ever be an NRA member again in my life time. There are so many other organizations actually getting work done in this country.

Man those words have never been better about criminals getting a hold of FRTs. "This concern exists with any firearms not just FRTs, ATF can't punish law-abiding citizens because there are criminals who may commit crimes with them."

I bet they will continue to maintain a list of who had these items.

Would be so great to show up at the home of an Agent who took your FRT and ask him/her to kindly give you your trigger back because they took it illegally.

ATF Court Room Ninjas should have to foot the bill out of their own pockets for all the unconstitutional nonsense.

FYI I haven’t gotten any updates from your channel in days and I thought it was strange so I looked you up and you’re no longer in my subscription list so I take it that YouTube has taken upon themselves to unsubscribe me.

You may want to bring that up in your next video, I wonder how many other followers you have that have been duped by the YouTube monster?

Im a long time follower, first time poster from Illinois. Please keep up the good work, between you and Bishop on air a.k.a. America’s talking network. You two have shed more light on our state and federal government than any other two people. Thank you so much for everything you do.

Forced reset triggers are a fascinating topic, and it's important to stay informed and advocate for our 2A freedoms.

When will people get their FRT's back? As soon as the government and it's department of"justice"start respecting the 2A and our right to keep and bear arms! In other words, NEVER!!

Not just 'get them back' but anybody that was intimidated/coerced into destroying them (instead of giving them to ATF to destroy), there is no 'getting it back'...and yet 'Just Compensation' is due...The cost of a new one (plus time/materials spent on destroying the 1st one)

What, if anything, is happening in Washington relative to its nebulous use of, "firing 5 or more rounds a second, " law?? What is to prevent a state from banning anything that can fire more than 4 rounds or 3 rounds or 2 rounds per second? Essentially, Washington has redefined, "machine gun, " that does not comport with federal definitions. Furthermore, it is, "function of the trigger, " not, "pull of the trigger, " again per the federal definitions. I would greatly appreciate your attention on this matter.

The answer is they wont give them back and will be conveniently lost and or destroyed out of spite.

They went to homes without warrants. I doubt they have them to give them back. Cluster “F”. They should make those bullies return them in person.

Since some might have destroyed their FRT’s, they can likely bring the crap atf to SMALL CLAIMS court to get the value back since people were ORDERED to do this & as a bonus we can inundate the crap atf in small claims court! Anyone that can contact those suing the atf in this matter needs to tell them this & spread the word to make these tyrants PAY!

So, people that documented the destruction of their device at the request of the ATF, do they have a way to seek compensation for their property destroyed based on the ATF's illegal actions?

What di we bet that the FRTs "suffered damage" or where "misplaced" in ATF custody and are no longer in operable condition?

Sounds like the Government took away people's property without due process of law. And that property was acquired or obtained legally not illegally.
