Votv 0.8 kerfur event

How to find the zombie kerfur:
1. have a (regular) kerfur
2. wait for the possed kerfur event
3. with some probability the zombie kerfur will spawn and will dig itself out eventually

I've spawned a ton of kerfurs in sandbox to have a high chance of triggering the zombie kerfur spawn, so don't mind them. Multiple zombie kerfurs can spawn in one playthrough.

The part with it stabbing frantically at you from over a railing as it bumbles onto a landmine felt like a cinematic finale to the ordeal. Like, holy shit this thing is so cursed I love it.

According to what others have told, you can still Damage Zombie Kerfur once it is down by walloping it again and again before it can engage it's next phase.

This allows you to deal the hurt without being hurt too much yourself. This also allows you to save on your molotovs.

If you kill it yellow kerfur then you will get an achievement then you can buy orange kerfur++ in the shop for 400 points

There is flesh inside of it... can it be that the "meatballs" you find are capable of infecting machines?
Or was there something worse behind this things creation?

If you've poked arround in sandbox, you might have come across an "orange++" kerfur and the model looks similar to the abandoned one so maybe there is a way to repair it somehow?
