Hi..thanks for the video. it will be sure useful to some one like me.
I live in southern part of india where all these building methods are very new . I’m thinking to improvise with available materials
Can you tell me what is the gauge to be used for this method for the panel ?
What is the ideal external wall thickness and what is ideal internal wall thickness ?
I have a plan . Please correct me if I’m wrong
I will weld galvanised mesh along with eps sheets or I will weld protruding rods to one side of the panel and then I want to tie the protruded rods manually to the other side of the panel. Hope you got my idea right ??which one would be best?
And for ceiling ..are you providing beams support for these ceiling sheets. How it will manage the load bearing . Will all these panels sit on the walls ?im assuming you are giving some sort of beams for every specific gap. Am I wrong??

I understood you are giving joint support for the ceiling with mesh for the both sides. Apart from this..are you providing any beam support?
