Scorsese loved "Delecado" (by Brasilian Waldir Azevedo, 1925) so much he manages to get the entire score into the film by synchronising the "Barber shop" incident to the stylish, driving beat of Percy' Faith's 1952 classic featuring the unusual combo of harpsichord and conga drums (!).
