boob tape or adhesive backless bras are really helpful keep the girls in check. and don’t feel discouraged if you’re on the more voluminous side! I’m a 40D, and I love the look of those tie-back halter and handkerchief tops. (similar to your white rhinestone top)

I found if you get them in a dark enough or saturated color like hot pink, royal/navy blue, or moss green, you can get away with an adhesive bra underneath to keep the girls in place and the edges of the bra won’t show through the fabric. If you want to wear a lighter color, try boob tape or seamless adhesive stickers to avoid the look of an adhesive bra’s raised edges.
