The Kanban board system was originally created by Toyota to allow them to compete with US model cars.

We know how that worked for them.

I've taken the Kanban model and put the Jon Benson spin on it.

It helps me keep on track with all my projects/tasks and now it can do the same for you.

Just wondering what happens if you don't finish that task due "today" because it's a big task. Then things get delayed and since you're saying can only focus on 2 tasks per day. What about all the daily unexpected things, phonecalls, payments, team crises. You didn't mention these
