Gm advice from a planescape veteran: you do not ROLE PLAY the Lady of Pain, you have her float by once or twice a campaign and EVERYONE on the street averts their eyes and anyone ( PCs especially) that gets in her way regardless of yhe reason gets flayed no save or mazed no save, interfering with her Dabus interres the same results
