I have this but monitor screen went black after few months use. It turns on with black screen. Monition detect works, bell works, reset works, power on off works. But just black screen, and also a white line on top which I had for a months before. What could be the issue? Is it issue with monitor faulty or front camera?

i do not know where is the problem, after i paired the doorbell after some time it go in offline mode on my smartphone aplication and the LCD ( screen ) it goes ON and OFF and the proces keeps repeating .
