Purpose: Develop co-contractions through the midline to improve trunk stiffness.
Set up: Holding an aquabag in standing with feet hip width apart
Action: Shake the bag rapidly side to side as you flex your arms up above head and returning back towards the hips.
Focus: Maintain tension through your torso, keep as stable as possible, focus on being as aggressive as possible with the shakes by slushing the water as much as possible. Perform reps up and down.
