I agree with you, Matthew. The only place where this might not apply is in sports competition. Men that I have dated actually ❤ a competitive, strong "I can kick your butt" challenge in a fierce game of tennis or ping pong! I was very soft with him, respectful, supportive, appreciative, affectionate n caring. Unfortunately, he took it for granted, and he seems an avoidant attacher so I left him, I guess that’s what he wanted, so I gave him that. I wished him love n happiness and walked away from him. It was very sad even though I initiated it. But I’m healing everyday ❤
