Nail tech here!💖 Gel X is a great alternative. It’s a lot less abrasive than acrylic and you can still get the same gorg look!

A great option is also Gel or Gel-X nails. I find it way less damaging to the nails then acrylic.

I am 31 and had hormonal acne until my late 20s, disclaimer: I have dry skin and live in Florida . 3 best skin care switches that helped me was daily sunscreen, oil cleanser as a first cleanse at night, and a hypochlorous acid spray.

I highly recommend getting dip powder as an alternative!! I had acrylics for years and had the same problem with my nails. Dip lets them breathe and grow to be strong and healthy while feeling hard like acrylic!!
