I think it has something to do with him moving the black card and the back of the other cards resemble the box so the holes look like they aren't there, but 0 clue on how he moves the black card

Also, great trick, I know how the moving holes trick works so this is just a brilliant way of doing that trick! I'm quite confused on how you do it with the plastic covering the pack tho... Either way, you are very underrated mate!

Magnetic pal they not real dots the black card is the Magnetic key for the dots

those are little magnets and the card is a metal.
if you pay attention before he places the second dot, you can see there is a hole in the deck.
how he swaped the card however i can't tell

It is just black and red marker dots being rubbed away with his fingers to reveal the holes. The last is likely a cutout hole that drops into the box when he flings the deck revealing the 4th hole. Solved.
