Hey there love your vids and had a quick question.. I have the same Balenciaga neo city as you except mine is in the small size. I was wondering if your straps are indeed adjustable or just made to look that way? I was trying to adjust it and stopped cuz I was worried I would break the bag the black button is so tight in there.

I purchased the Only turtleneck in that color as well, washed it once on delicate with not many other things and it pilled SO much. I'm so sad because I love it so much :( do you have any tips on washing the more delicate pieces from Aritzia?

What do you think of ssense? I know they are a Canadian based company. I heard mixed reviews on them. I want to order from them but not sure if they are selling authentic designer items. Are they a trust worthy company to order from? I live in Toronto so it would be amazing to know i don't have to pay custom duties haha

Love the Suicoke boots, Lauren — hope you are able to snag them in the right size. I just got my mini classic Ugg boots in and wore them on my recent trip to Whistler and they are literally slippers. But yes — a pet peeve of mine is that they aren’t waterproof and living in Vancouver we both know how practical that is. 🙄

I find that they have the worst customer service I got a sweater and it was damaged and they don’t do anything about it. I feel like my wal mart ones are better quality at this point.
