Mudslide on Topanga Canyon Blvd

Topanga Canyon Boulevard is temporarily closed at Pacific Coast Highway due to mud and debris obstructing the roadway caused by minor flooding, according to Caltrans.

To be clear, Topanga Canyon Boulevard isn't closed because of the mudslides, it's been closed since the fires started and has yet to reopen, in part because Topanga Canyon Blvd ends at the still-closed PCH.
