Just here for the comments. Some reasonable debate and some absolute crackerjacks.

I did the online fitting with LAB and got a DF3 and it saved me on average (based on my last 15 rounds with it vs 15 previous) 6 putts a round. Thats way more than a new driver would save me (and cost me more) - I used to pull everything left and have very little confidence with my Scotty but the lab just feels like a point and shoot and worth every penny.

I did the online fit. My gamer was fit at TXG, (Club Champion) in a Quintic studio. I never got that putter working and decided that spending $1200.00 on a properly fitted putter with a BGC shaft etc didn't work...so I did the online fitting with LAB and had a back and forth in detail about that fit. Basically same length and 1 deg upright from my current one. 70 deg. Instant success and a 45 year run at a figure 8 backswing is over. its a cheat code and whatever witchcraft that online fitting is, I'd trust it implicitly. Everything about these putters is amazing.

I think, we live so close to Scottsdale Golf, why wouldn't you go there and get a 'proper' fit from the importers rather than doing the remote fitting and risking getting it slightly wrong.
L.A.B. make such a big deal out of their fitting process it seems like you are missing a trick with not nipping across there?
Maybe go across and try your remote fit against what they would fit you into...

I went back and forth a lot with LAB and in the end I went to a PGA Tour Superstore to get fit. I ended up ordering a sweeper DF3 blue head (light @ 475g I believe), 43.5", 79.5* lie angle, and RR alignment aid. I used the ACCRA shaft during my fitting and it felt so soft but you could tell it was whippy with a heavier head. LAB suggested getting the Gears X shaft at the length I wanted. Have not gotten it yet but I'm really looking forward to using my Baby Broom.

LAB putters are unique, not for all golfers! Tried the putter from a friend did not like the offset forward press look and the feel was not impressive!

I got fitted for a LAB DF3 with a Accra shaft and it has changed my putting, I am putting better and feel more confident over my putts and my playing partner has commented how much better my putting has been since I changed putters.

Having been for the full fitting process at Scottsdale golf i would highly recommend it. In terms of the shaft i genuinely couldnt feel much difference between the TPT and Accra and certainly not enough to justify the extra £300 (the Accra is a £100 upcharge just for info). Until you've actually tried one the comments about "it wont make any difference" are just worthless, ive always felt that im constantly fighting the putter face with the traditional type of putters but the LAB actually wants to stay square and my putting has improved massively. Also for those saying its ugly and they would never play one because of that, well you keep looking "good" and losing and I'll keep looking "bad" and winning.

Waited 3 months for mine after an online fitting glad I waited love my DF3, took me 6 rounds to get used to the feel, the weight the roll etc but can definitely say it has helped my putting enormously, if your returning the putter head square all the time you just have to control your pace and choose your line correctly . The only thing I maybe would have changed is that I would have gone for the heavier head as I have the standard head so on putts over 20ft just be a bit mindful …but love it all the same

I’ve seen a number of putters go in your bag Gaz, hope this is the one. I think you make a valid point about green speeds. At a lot of courses in uk in winter you have to hit the ball rather than stroke through it.

I got fitted for a DF3 and standard length and lie worked for me. Love the standard alignment guide too. I can't imagine putting with anything else other than maybe the Oz model. I swapped to my old putter for slower greens and found I have much better pace control with the LAB. Putter decisions are all settled for me.

LAB putters are next level. It definitely pays to get fit for what you like with them. Im a good putter, but since I have put the DF3 in, the strokes have been coming off in droves. Love it.

I have a TPT in my Mezz Max, getting the Accra in a DF3 for the softer feel. Accra is 140g which is quite stout for a graphite putter shaft. Stability should not be a problem considering Accra is a top tier company. Also, the StrokeLab shaft is 70g and it's won multiple majors and probably hundreds of professional tournaments worldwide.

I must admit that I don't really like the look of LAB putters but that's the beauty of having so many different ones to choose from and at the end of the day it's what works for you and what you like.... I do like a good Odyssey lol....🌟🎊🤩🥳

Spending 500 quid on a putter I wouldn’t chance on the fitting. Having been fitted for a LAB putter I can say it was worth it. There’s a lot to be said for having the putter in your hand and actually using it. I tried the mezz, link and DF3 and brought the DF3 as didn’t like the feel of the link or the mezz. As for the upgrade shaft I couldn’t feel any difference
