Neither one of those people suffering any financial assistance help. These are so call government officials playing with tax payers dollars whom are struggling. They both should be fired. Regular employers don't have a problem over treating regular employees like there 3/5 of a human, don't care if they working you like an animal, under pay you, etc, etc. And give you hell if you doing your job.
