I'm no expert at this but, in the Leonard Cohen song, you've written I-IV-V-iv, and I think you must mean I-IV-V-vi (Amaj, Dmaj, Emaj, F#min). Or, am I missing something fundamental (which would be no surprise)?

Only song that have a deceptive cadence is a one by police. Second and third have no deceptive cadence.
