A strobogrammatic number is a positive number that appears the same after being rotated 180 degrees. For example, 16891 is strobogrammatic.
Find the given number is a strobogrammatic number ?

Input : 16891
Output : Yes
Explanation : After 180degree rotation, 16891 becomes 16891, both are equal so it’s a strobogrammatic number

Input : 960069
Output : no
Explanation : After 180degree rotation, 960069 becomes 690096, both are unequal so it’s not a strobogrammatic
