UAZ 3151 Hunter AMC and Land Rover Defender

In honour of the announcement, concerning the termination of production both of these off-road legends, we set out in the Giant Mountains in the Czech Republic, to say goodbye to both of the cars. While Land Rover Defender “died“ on January 29, 2016, so in February 2016 the producer of UAZ reported that Hunter will continue in production. Enjoy the ride with us, and the view on these great off-road vehicles.

Zu Ehre des angekündigten Endes der Produktion von den beiden Off-Road Legenden haben wir ein Ausflug in die Riesengebirge in der Tschechischen Republik unternommen, damit wir uns von beiden Autos verabschieden können. Die Produktion von Land Rover Defender wurde am 29.1.2016 beendet. Der Hersteller von UAZ hat im Februar 2016 die Weiterproduktion angekündigt.

Na počest ohlášeného ukončení výroby obou těchto OFF-ROAD legend jsme se vydali do Krkonoš v České Republice, abychom se s oběma vozy rozloučili. Zatímco Land Rover Defender zemřel dne 29.1.2016, tak v Únoru roku 2016 bylo výrobcem UAZ ohlášeno, že se HUNTER bude nadále vyrábět. The video is great in that it compares both cars in terms of factory-mentioned specifications and performance but it would have been great had you shown a real comparison of their offroad capabilities. The presentation is really great, though. Wish to see more in the near future.

Funny thing is, I live in the town of where Land Rovers are from and where they are based and made, but my grandpa was a Spetsnaz colnell and he drove a UAZ hunter with the Soviet military. I also play PUBG so I think the UAZ gets a reputation from there
