Great. Why isn't the TENS useful in this way then? I heard you say that in another video that it (TENS - electrical stimulation) doesn't really provide healing but rather just temporary relief. If that's the case, how is this any different? Serious question.

I just got a TENS - would I just be wasting my time with TENS sessions?

I feel like more information is needed on that video you did about the TENS.

Hi Doc, I can't believe I'm watching this right now and you mention wry neck. I have had neck pain for quite a while but woke today with severe spasm in the left side of the neck. I have osteoarthritis in the neck and I'm not sure if something has moved or wether it has flared up due to a chill I may have acquired yesterday. I was sitting in an area where the wind was blowing through and I felt quite cold from it.
Is this machine purchasable by the general public or is it only for practitioner use?
Are there any exercises that you would/could recommend for neck stiffness and spasm?
Thank you for sharing all of the information that you do.

I have used ultrasound with interference therapy on patients with sciatic neuritis, it worked very nice.

Local thrift store just got one of the older models of the Medco Sonlator in. They are selling it for $10 because they have no idea what it is

my experience with those machines wasn't positive, here in my country the therapist did the electrcity for few min then they do the ultrasound, I had 3 months treatment and I stop because it's not work for me. I try to do exercise alone but it's so paifull.
