That cop is 100% wrong in the 1st clip saying it's the same all across the country wel li got news for ya buddy it's not here where I live and 2ndly you have 48 hours to transport a used bike or car even without plates as long as you have proof you bought it that is the same across the country I know some states differ on the amount of time but all states allow that

I've been in several things with the police in the past 28 years on bikes, but so long as you are respectful, compliant, and complimentary, they will most often let you go with a verbal warning.
I think far too many new riders take the lessons from GTA5 as gospel. Younger folk now are so dim when it comes to who is in charge
