Sir 09:35 pe apne jo "ek or very important cheejh" share kari hai, wo verify kar lijie. uske liye information bulletin me, aap check kr sakte hai, page 28, 6.2.2, pe, "OBC-NCL certificate (Appendix-IXA) needs to be uploaded in the Online Application
Form of NEET (UG) – 2023 which should have been issued on or after "01 April 2022",
in consonance with the latest guidelines of the Government of India." :) !

OBC-NCL DATE = As per page no 26, para 6.2.2 - it mentions certificate issued after 1.4.2022 is so the question is if i have certificate issued on 1.8.2022 and validity is upto Can i attach this certificate or i should attach undertaking as given in page no 99, appendix -1XB
