The Speedybee Betaflight Flight Controller is not "just another" F4 Betaflight FC. It's got a Speedybee bluetooth adapter on board, so you can configure it from your smart-phone using the Speedybee bluetooth app. Well, damn, I guess you could use your PC too if you wanted.

Check out my review of the Speedybee app and bluetooth adapter:

I'll also tell you the ONLY FOUR TRULY UNIQUE BETAFLIGHT FLIGHT CONTROLLERS.

I just like that you can use speedybee on any board, love that you can see the pids and the curve to adjust things

Holybro Kakute.. Softmount gyro... JB you saved me lots of money this year. Especially when i learned a smokestopper was a thing... I used a socket from an old taillight, not just a bulb..

BLHeli passthrough on the Speedy Bee? (Doesn't BLEhli pass through use a connection left over from a BF Configurator connectiomn??)

KISS, Flight one

FYI TBS Core based OSD (e.g. FPVision PnP 50 etc) is vector based. But both that and the Brain are not part of the FC they are part of the PDB, FPVision) (Radix or standalone (CORE).

I was positive the 4th unique board was going to be the JB F4. A shameless plug never hurts.

I fly a lot of Vector (color graphical OSD with really very good autonomous flight, voice synth for audible alerts, virtual gates you can fly through). It's years old at this point (though still developed).

PIXHawk has had dual STM32 processors for years. You can do super amazing things with them such as a remotely update ground elevation to maintain a specific AGL as you fly through areas with hills and what not. (Of course, it also supports LIDAR, so you could just do it locally). You can also do stuff like have your aircraft take off, go to a specific location, drop a water balloon on someone, and then come back and land.

Most of my quads are running dRonin (the modern Brain stuff doesn't). I use the Seppuku FC on them, but the last quad I flew (been a couple days, I've been flying wings) is a 6" build a did a couple years ago with an original BrainFPV board.

Try out some different things. :)

I don't think the Radix runs Dronin, but their re1 did (with graphical osd). The AirDTF Seppuku runs Dronin with a graphical osd though.

Luminier alpha, runs an f4 processor and has a built in 4in1 esc that runs blheli32 and supports dshot1200, it has an osd and a current meter, 3 usable uarts and a 5v bec, don't know how they did it but it's no bigger than a normal flight controller

ive heard of the JB AIO FC that is rather unique to me in that it has a full step by step A-Z guide on full setup for beginners. HUGE help it was for me in building my first quad. cant think of any others that have the same. For that, i thank you

I was just thinking about this type of FC 2 weeks ago. I so glad this is in production.

It's about time we could do this with are phone. as the Align mr25 quad could do this 2 years ago with its own app and built in blue tooth

I have the Speedybee F4 AIO and trying to get it tuned with a 30A 4 in 1 ESC. It works until I start to throttle up and it seems to loose motor control, oscillating throttle around 0-20% on its own. Testing the motors in Betaflight they run smooth however.

Can you download blackbox to your phone somehow? that would be awesome to have a plasmatree app and be able to check that stuff easily in the field!

Wasn't the Naza the first to use an ARM core. It seems like everything before that was AVR and Arduino based.

Clutching at straws but the soft mounted gyro on the kakute WAS unique

A Hellgate buzzer built in would be great. 🤓
