STRUCTURE
The main frame carrier parts are 2.2 cm beech plywood. Supporting pillars are 1.8 cm poplar plywood. The bottom is supported with 1.8 cm beech plywood. The seating is reinforced with a 3 mm thick felt pad. DOLCE, have a decisive influence on the comfort of sitting and that’s why BEKALIVING utilizes 3.8 mm thick steel Zig Zag springs in order to offer customers a comfortable feeling. Front panel, outer armrests, and outer back is coated with 28 DNS foam and wrapped with 125 g/m² fiberfill wrap.
SEATING COMFORT
The seating and back cushions are removable and designed as High Resilient (HR) foam. The back cushion is filled with a special blend of goose down, ball fiber, and foam flakes. The sitting cushion is composed of two layers of foam at different density levels, 35 HR at the bottom and 25 HR in on top of it, and finally coated with 125 g/m² fiberfill wrap. The inner back is coated with 28 DNS foam and wrapped with 125 g/m² fiberfill wrap. The armchair is designed with a 110-degree sitting and leaning angle to complement the product ergonomics, visuality and excellent appearance.
LEGS
While DOLCE stands out with its custom design surrounding black metal legs, it is also offered with wood legs.
