Don Quixote Inspired Barre | Intermediate Advanced Ballet Class | Kathryn Morgan

Today I am bringing you a barre that is inspired by the ballet 'Don Quixote". It's still my 'barre with no barre" for strength, stamina, and technique, but with a Don Q flair! I hope you have fun while doing this class. It's great to change it up and add the artistry to the hard work!
