We all was expecting them to be parents at some point but not this fast Haha I thought they would get married first or something. They'll get married this season or they'll break up if Leah decides not having the baby, wich I see unlikely because I'm almost sure that they'll end up together, that's the whole point of the series, show that being autistic is not a reason to think that you can't reach a successful life.

Remember The Good Doctor Season 4 episode 4 "Not The Same" Lea mentioned that she is not sure they have enough Trust and Commitment? Having a baby together and becoming parents is the biggest commitment. That is why Lea is scared.
