Zercher Carry to build stamina and overall strength

I'm going to start using more loaded carries for awhile to build up weak points. I'm a big fan of all types of loaded carries: trap bar, zercher, farmer's walks, waiter's walks, etc. These really fried my abs and traps even though the weight isn't too much. On this day, I just did light front squats then 4 "down and backs" with these Zercher carries. Great workout!

Did those Monday for the first time in a while. Uncrossed arm grip though. Trap doms is real, lol. Such a fantastic exercise
