I have been detailing for 23 years now. I still watch these videos as you never stop learning when what you do is what you love.

With step 1 being to empty the car, my wife asks me why I never clean the inside of her car. Well, step 1 would take me most of the day!

Pan, I’ve been watching all of your videos for quite some time now. Mostly binge watching since I’m trying to learn all I can after experiencing a bad drive-thru machine wash. I would love to see a video that would focus on a typical homeowner’s setup for “organizing” all of their supplies. This would include wall mount racks, shelving, cabinets, drawers, etc. that focus on a DIYer vs. a professional, something affordable for most DIYers, ya know. Also, I’d love to see videos that maybe talk about timelines of when to do what type of cleaning on a vehicle (e.g. every three months spray X and every two weeks wipe down this). Again, with focus on a typical DIYer. And, finally, perhaps a series on using one brand of product vs buying all sorts of brands. There’s just so much out there that it gets very confusing to know when to use any specific product and such. Thanks for all the info and demos in your videos. They’re great and have been very helpful.

Watching this I literally stopped the video half way and now I'm outside while watching the rest of my car🤣. Love your videos Pan and I will say the invisible glass is by far my favorite glass cleaner. Been using that since I got my 1st car in 2005

Gotta say… your format and lack of excessive talk drive me to subscribe. You clearly know your craft. Thanks for the extra effort to film these things.

20:55 I've had really good success cleaning pedals and stubborn dirt on the plastic door sill trim with a cheap Oral-B electric toothbrush. You can get some pretty cheap ones now (mine was $10 I think). The rotating+pulsating head really helps loosen dirt and saves my wrists which can hurt with a lot of scrubbing.

It's like an encyclopedia with pictures and commentary. It's there when you want to plan the work and acquire the materials. And you can refer to it at every step, including knowing your options. Many thanks, Pan!

Love all your interior tips. You have covered everything but one. The seat belts.Light coloured fabric over the years stain badly and very hard to clean.Your advice will be the best.

I find that the newer my car the more I want / care about how clean and nice it looks. I have a 10 year old car it’s usually a quick cleaning and washing these days . And the other car is 3 years old so I care more about it. I have a system but it’s always nice to watching your videos as I get new ideas. 👍👍

One change I've made in the last year to my interior routine that I really like - I've dropped using a towel for hard surfaces in lieu of pads. I use a scrubbing pad (the Griots Garage Microfiber Cleaning Pad) to do the initial clean followed by a Microfiber Applicator Pad for a final buff. When doing softer surfaces like piano black or screens, I skip the scrub pad and just use the applicator pad. I just think it's a much more pleasurable experience because I hate how towels like to crumple up on you...

I just came across your channel. I’ve been watching the detail geek. I started a Golf Cart cleaning the occasional car patio furniture cushions and I’ve been watching the Detail kick and I came across you and I love your videos. You’re really thorough simple to easy to listen to you’ve given me great ideas on products. You’ve already made $1000 in a two week period and it’s just extra money. I’m retired. I’m an older guy. I don’t want this to be worth it’s a job lol but I like your videos. Thank you.

Living in a rural area, I went outside yesterday to detail my truck and started with floor Mats which are rubber. Then I blew out with tornador and vacuumed the interior. It was bad so it took a while. Then as I went to start the door panels I realized I’d have to get in the truck again to clean the center console and dash. My feet were so dirty from walking around that I introduced so much dirt back into a just vacuumed floor.. really hurt my confidence to realize I can’t start there. But lesson learned for me it’s gunna be vacuum last in most cases

Oh my! This was like dropping into an alternate universe! 😱 I’ve got a 15 year old Honda that goes thru the car wash twice a year. The car is a task assistant — dog & plant hauling, livestock feed, fertilizer, rocks, etc. I don’t even remember the last time I vacuumed the hapless auto. I thought I could find a few tips here on how to clean the exterior and maybe a good window cleaner. 🤣 WOW. Respect, Pan. You’re an expert and I found this info fascinating and utterly overwhelming. Wishing you continued good luck with your YT. 👍🏻

Can't thank you enough for all of this information! I'm one of the few folks who can't tolerate much in the way of scents so I don't use any "air fresheners" so I skip that last step. But to each their own. Thanks again.

Nice tip I was introduced to with P&S Express interior cleaner. I put some cleaner is a small foamer bottle. This gives you better control. And the microfibre scrub pads or a detail brush gives you great results.
