I am waiting for promotion since last 10 years. After I get my promotion I will buy TATA Nano for my family ride🎉. I am so excited and hoping for promotion. I can remit all my debts once I get promotion. as house rents and school feeses in hyderabad and chennai are too high....!!! I am so greatfull to TCS.

Ihv bn asking fe basic job to survive with Two kids. But no response frm any HR'S. Moreover women HR'S nd they are mothers too. But no sympathy on another women who is suffering.

What is the use when they don't give hikes or giv hikes like peanuts. Also what is the use when u hire experienced employees with the same salary as prev company. Who will join without any hike. I work in a not so big company but it gives me good hikes and m happy with it.
