Choosing to save Nao is the best insult you could throw at the organisation.
If you think about it, Sara gets to flee with someone that wasn't even supposed to be part of the game.

Nao is the ultimate Trump Card and the easiest way to get out from this hellhole, but the easiest path is rarely the best one.

You don't know how much despair I felt when I discovered the exit was blocked. It's like if I was trapped with the characters and I'm claustrophobic so it was even more horrible. Anyway loved this moment XD
