You are right bro, I thought that it was a network problem around my zone, but I have figured it out now that it's a tricky Wi-Fi. I'm calling them tomorrow.

No issues whatsoever with mine, battery can last 2 days and I'm not exaggerating.

The only problem is getting the double data promised for the first 6 months, one has to either go their shop or call customer care which is just ludicrous

The new Vida M4 currently being sold at 50% discount doesn't have any of these issues and works perfectly fine.

You did not buy from an airtel shop.
And don't compare Airtel with spectranet weh still deh look for customers, because of live chat. The idea is answer your call and go your way, if you need live chat, deh already have branches with human beings in it so what's the need of live chat. Live Chat is what company that is not yet as big use to reduce costs of hiring employees.

Good day all, I got mine for 12k in the year 2020 and have being using it till date without experiencing any of the above mentioned challenges. I want to believe with the number of individuals that have experience same challenge, some come with such issues from the factory. A firmware update can fix the restarting challenge.

You can maybe still give an updated review of the pocket mifi. Cuz i bought up to 5 about last month, and i don't experience any fault. Probably they changed the product to something better. After customers complaint. And my own pocket mifi is different from what you have.

I am from Tanzania, airtel has the same mifi here, the same problem i experience, it just restarts and it is really annoying, I cant use my favourite network just because of this Router

I just bought one 2weeks. The problem i have with it is that the battery drains alot and once it gies off. No matter long i charge it, i won't come up. Atimes it wnt even charge at all

Today is the 29th of may 2022 i got into this channel 5 mins ago because i have called airtel customer care 3 times today and they don't have a way of helping me today is Sunday so i can't storm into the airtel center i got it from, in short i got the new mifi that supposedly comes with 125gb and all i can say is 2 weeks and 3 days of frustration and listen to you now...just sums it all up please guys don't attempt no matter what you're thinking don't buy or even have a line from airtel

Thanks for this info, but the same Vida M4 i bought works perfectly. All i wish to know for now is if there is a solution on unlocking the device into a universal mifi/router mode. Thanks
