Pfeiffer Vacuum MVP Diaphragm Pump Overview (MVP 015-2)

I would be interested to know which MVP pump can achieve 1hPa (0.01 mBar)?
Generally, with a 4 stage diaphragm pump, you could perhaps achieve 0.4 to 0.5 mBar.
I looked on the Pfeiffer website and the MVP 015-4 specification states the "Ultimate pressure" as being 0.5 mBar (without gas ballast).

Even the Pfeiffer website has mistakes in their specs, the MVP 015-2 DC states the Ultimate pressure with gas ballast as 4 x 10^-1 = 0.4 mBar and *without* gas ballast 3.5 mBar - very strange.
