Porsche underrates there performance numbers, you’re in a land yacht, and power to weight always wins. If you were on a track, you wouldn’t hang at all.

I remember when I first got my 991.2 GT3, went to a meet where a bunch of modified cars turned up. All had >500bhp, some even had >600.
When the meet was over, we all left at the same time and they all went for it. I wasn’t expecting a race, but thought ah what the hell - the GT3 just annihilated them all.

It's not just the horsepower, it's the gearing, weight, ect. I just have a measly Carrera S, and I still outrun vehicles with way more horsepower.

U gotta role in second gear cause dodges have long gears— especially 3 & 4. 4 is really long to get out of. Red eye n scar owner before until i switch to mpower platform.

Honestly idk what a charger weighs, but they’re so big and heavy I can pretty much say whatever number for the sake of comparison. The GT3 might only (“only”) make 518, but it weighs 3200lbs. Honestly, the fact it held on so well is amazing, and the challenger/charger are the only two American cars on sale rn I actually like 😂

Not always about numbers lol, How that power is delivered and aerodynamics and weight distribution and gearing play a big roll at the end of the day

Stock for stock the redeye should be faster, gt3 is in the low to mid 8s 60-130, redeye should be high 7s. Couple of factors working against you, gt3 shedding the bulky stock exhaust should save some weigh and less restriction, and redeye really needs a tire even from 60 rolls.

Also hot tip, when dig or roll racing you want it set suspension to street so you get more play w/the suspension, track is absolutely terrible for drag/racing, remember soft rear = more traction.

Overall a good run, love porsche but redeye can absolutely keep even/lead a gt3 from a 60 roll.
