So beautiful! Love love love the bodice! In terms of what to do with either dress (depending on your sentimentality), you could always donate them. I donated mine after my wedding - I felt like it was too gorgeous to let sit in a closet and knew it could make someone else so happy. There are specific charities for wedding dresses - plus you can get a tax credit it. Wins all around!

I think wedding dresses were "allowed" to become so expensive because, decades ago, brides were led to believe that, and want, that they would have their daughters wear the dress eventually. What they didn't account for is style changing in weddings, especially between the late 50s and early 90s. I'd love to hear the story about the dress you wore to the actual wedding. I think you look good in flowy material. I do think what you wear to your wedding should "match" the location.

Im getting married in may and am having a reception a few months later with all my family and friends who live far away when i come to visit, my dress is a linen dress and i have plans to dye it green after my wedding so i can wear it again for my other reception and just for whatever i want in the future. My dress is much more casual than this one tho

I bought my boyfriend the original manscape set and it has been his most used and loved gift to date. I think I'll buy him the 4.0 this year. It's definitely time for a upgrade, although the original is still holding strong.
