More criminals are in jail than non-criminals in jail. When profiling there are greater numbers in certain groups for instance, young men kill more men than women do. Profiles are not sexist, racist or any other "- ist" facts are facts. Peace.

Racism has thresholds, these can change over time? Therefore apologise, and accept that we can be better.
Institutional racism is not targeting any individual it’s describing a culture. Good luck with changing that.
