What you mean by tribalism? It's almost Like a racist conspiracy against the Africans to to make up such english term.
Because tribes is what the Africans are at the heart and origins of each African.
Strong villages empowered villages with a chief of each village who will take the role of a president of that village is good. Because chairman or. Yobozi or chief of a village don't have the power that the president have and are not even consulted before making deals with other countries trades etc... those chief of their tribal villages must take care of trade and economy with other villages and other countries of Africa just like it's use to be. But if there is too many tribes then those that have familiarity must be grouped together. The peoples need to be empowered in business and productions, no more multinationals supermarkets, make empowered markets for local kenyans villages to be the big markets of everyones even tourists must buy from local people' s local productions.
The peoples need guidance and strategy and idea on what are they going to do. Therfore you can't just say we need to produce anymore. But put plans in motion now. Get organised, make a busness plan now with what you need and how you will get there. Put your ideas in paper, dont be afraid of collaboration with your people if a person jas what you need but never count on anyone to give you what you need. Its a mutual contribution, and not taking adventage of anyone because God see that and bring everything back in your life the way you put them.

A good business strategy is for example you make a business, but need costumers,
But you can count on someone to bring you costumer all day and promote your business all over kenya as well as getting you deals and trades arrangements if he has half 50% of your capital or take part in yoir business as a business partner. Because he actually make the hardest part of your business by keeping it alive.
But of course its depend on the business.
A hairsalon maybe different if he get customers he may not do hair therfore could get a pourcentage from each costumer.
In the case, its. Money free business then maybe its could be trades from services and goods exchanges.
Tailors, fabrics, home furnitures making amd exchanging, healing services... planting cleaning hoise mentenace, horses chariots good exchange, food exchange jullery soap exchange etc...home made diapers or Ugandan chigoma exchanges but children must be trained to use to toilet at a very early stage by making a home made potty for them to seat on and learn very quickly how to use the potty baby toilets. At months many baby can use the potty automatically when you put them on after feeding them
